Hihi funny fox boy level

Unironically pretty decent, charming level tho

Generation Retro is one of the most infamous gauntlet levels thanks to its flawed execution and Colon’s review (which, by the way, he doesn’t hate the level), but it still has charm. The gameplay has some hiccups, but it isn’t too bad after a practice run. The theme is somewhat creative, and having a story is ambitious for 2.0. Its reputation has only made it even more memorable to me, and while I wish he would fix the more obvious issues, I hope ArathhSA knows this level has its fans.

I honestly feel bad for this level. If Rob didn't add it in the COMPLETELY WRONG gauntlet, this would've been a lot less hated. "Wow this song is mostly green and has a boss fight! I'm going to add this in the Poison Gauntlet even though it 100% has nothing to do with poison AT ALL!". It still has some problems though. The gameplay is not good. The first half is decent, but the bossfight looks very cheap-looking and harder than the rest and barely follows the rhythm of the music. The grammar is also not good. But other than those...this isn't sctually bad! The aesthetics and the theme are honestly done pretty well, the first half is good like I said, and the Blue alien guy is easily the most memorable part due to his cheesy battle and sacrifice to the boss battle.
