A bit of a step down from PUNCH and POV, mostly cuz I feel like its utilizing similar ideas but not expanding much on it. I can still respect that this was practically Bpi's take on a casual level, which is still more expansive than many others' casual levels.
Very similar to POV in a lot of ways, with slightly less of the interuptive transitions and more of the sporadic assets that are expected from these kinds of modern/art style hybrids, the level flows better at the cost of now being quite forgettable
very nice glowup. compared to bpi’s previous few levels, i really like how much less of a disconnect there is between the gameplay elements and the backgrounds, and it finally made me notice how well bpi’s style fits with gd’s preexisting artstyle. i still think there is much to go though- the gameplay is a complete afterthought which sucks a bit because i think that’s the missing piece that would sell me on this. i think if possible, a harder layout would bring this all together- think about stuff like IONIC’s cube and robot sections but under the more open-space fold that a lot of people love about this level, and i think it would make these levels a lot more immersive.
