favorite extreme oat, i think heartbeat is stupid underappreciated for what it is. ive always been a sucker for levels themed around blood/gore that aren't graphic/explicit in doing so and seeing one that does it so so well as far back as early 2.0 is really cool!!

Surprisingly decent to play. Decoration and gameplay style seek to make the level intimidating and weird to match the song and I think it's executed quite well. Wave is very iconic, I remember making wave challenges based off of it for fun many years ago. Not the best KrmaL level but usually underappreciated.

Best extreme I've played personally. Bit weird to learn perhaps, but once you do it's such a fun and unique experience. The deco shows its age for sure, but still it is an interesting take on the all-red level with its body-horror-esque concept of being surrounded by blood and flesh. It ain't no peaceful, obviously, but it has its charm. Give this one a try if you're looking for an easier extreme to practice your timings and basic memory.
