➼ "Hexagon HyperDrive 4” (2871606) by Mitchell

↪ Review :

Hexagon HyperDrive 4 is a very fun and nostalgic 1.9 level. This level is very simple for a 1.9 level, it's really unfortunate that this level doesn't actually have a lot of detailed decoration, every blocks design is very simple and feels copy pasted. because it has a lot of potential, the gameplay is really fun and readable but also very simple and repetitive.

↪ Some feedbacks and how this level can be improved :

As I said above this level is very good for an old level but I think it could be even better !

First ship part :

The ship part gameplay is really simple but the decoration is not that great I don’t really think this blocks design with these multi colors lines is great I think more object would be a lot better !

• By adding a 3D outline the blocks design feels finished and not rushed.

• Adding some of these multi colors blocks in the center, this will create variety in the block design.

• Adding the blocks that were used in the base design, this way the level keeps some of its charm.

• Removed the 4 portals to add one with an Alpha trigger.

Wave part :

The wave was a new transformation back then so I won't say anything about the gameplay but I really like it ! It’s fun and easy to introduce it. The only thing I don’t really like in this part is the decoration. It's really copy pasted with these colored lines blocks.

• By adding some basic black slopes we can get a solid base decoration.

• Adding the 2 types of multi-color lines to keep the basic design and separate these with some 1.0 slopes.

Last part :

The last part is pretty nice in terms of gameplay, but the decoration isn’t that good. It’s really simple and it’s just the same RGB effect that blows your eyes.

• Adding some 1.0 blocks on the RGB effect will create a nice blocks design.

• Adding some slopes will add more perspective and more variety in decoration.

↪ This level is really fun and has very good potential ! But need a lot of improvement.
