there is only one way to break the standards, and it sadly does not include epic basslines flashing in the background. but you might aswell paint a picture, and the picture might still result quite evocative.

the chaos of the computer storm is not oftenly seen, and for those unaware is surely an astonishing view. this is why the radiohead map can be certainly qualified as absolute cinema

I know what a lot of WHErwin said about this level applies to my thoughts about this, so I’ll post my comment from his video that I made some months ago here.

The ending to me could also link back to the section with the televisions earlier in the level, instead, there's nothing. No colors, no life, nothing broadcasted.

I interpret this as the idea that all of the conflict and chaos amounts to nothing, no matter which side you're on, no matter who believes they will save the nation when they're in power, all it will amount to is more division between these reds, blues and purples, no one will be completely satisfied and the cycle will continue. And thus it all fades to black, nothing being broadcasted as nothing matters to anyone anymore, staring into a blank channel with nothing to see.

(WHErwin’s) interpretation could also link into this, as political extremes eventually die down as well, both left and right, as the other side will eventually push back hard enough, much like a wildfire that ravages an overpopulated forest, it's all part of this almost natural cycle in the end.

one of the last barriers of geometry dash to ever be broken by a 'major' creator- the guarantee it's even possible at all. it turns out it is, but whether it is or not is beside the point. starting at 2:40, most of the rest of the level (with a break from 3:43-4:00 and the ending) is algorithmically generated from several seeds and assets from other levels, resulting in a barely curated mess. while this is the most shocking and arguably revolutionary aspect of the level, it's not one of my favorite levels in the game for just that. if you removed that part, you'd still be left with one of gecko's (if not the) strongest moment(s). but it is just that, the tension between moments clearly intended to at least be attempted to be played, clearly worked over and thought out, and complete unbridled unplayable chaos, that lands it in instant classic territory for me. how do you even go about playing this? botting this is way overkill for everything but the impossible parts, and attempting to get anywhere legit through the mess would go nowhere. it calls into question such core assumptions about the game, and through them wordlessly criticizes the rating system (among other) power structures that restrict the community's creativity and create some unnecessary elitism. and it fits the song pretty well too [~11/10~]
