White dump. Dont play it it only gets worse
The main complaint I see about this level is that it "goes against the spirit of the game" or whatnot but really that's just one of the many reasons why this isn't good
Never saw the hype for this level. Apparently this level has a “story” which I can’t even comprehend what it is nor do I even care because I don’t think the level is what the majority of the community turns it out to be.
Definitely not the worst thing I’ve seen or played btw, just don’t see the wow factor in this
This is the best level in the entirety of Geometry Dash, and it’s pretty easy to see why
The ONLY issue with this level I could find is that the spider part and only the spider part was hard to see and play, otherwise the definition of perfection
Never been big on this unfortunately. I understand why it's praised by the wider community as one of the best levels in the game!!! (at least technically) but beyond that.... it doesn't do anything impressive. Some people mention that the story makes it so unique!!! The visuals are groundbreaking and some of the best ever!!! When in reality it's... just a little portion of what a level must do to be excellent. The visuals are great, undeniably, but really fail to be cohesive enough to tell the story behind it. Hell, I couldn't even tell there was a story in the first place if the text didn't tell me!! It's also not really fun to play but for a level of this kind that's kind of expected.
Xender is a great creator with undeniable talent to make pretty visuals in the editor. Unfortunately that's where the greatness of this one ends. It's eye candy visuals to make you feel impressed. When you look deeper, there's nothing.
10 hours jingling keys
does absolutely nothing with itself, presents nothing new, just a jumble of painfully boring yet technically flawless corporate art set to a story that is completely nonexistent, like there was no attempt made to convey it through the level itself in the first place. for a level that's so widely praised for its storytelling it's funny that the "story" only really becomes apparent at the end of the level, not in any interesting or subversive way, but simply because it's not present anywhere else. a cutscene tacked on to an already uninteresting work is not the way to do it unfortunately. the frequent completely random changes in artstyle are absolutely obnoxious too and i get why they were chosen thematically, but there is really no indication that they Should fit and as a result it comes across as disjointed.
More or less worthless as a level. For however impressive the art is, this level has very little of substance. It sacrifices its gameplay for a theme that isn't even all that compelling or well executed. That it's held in such high regard is baffling to me.
