DVP is a level created by Sprei, a very underground creator. Its not insane to say Sprei is a one hit wonder with this level, since it gained a lot of notoriety when Viprin found it with barely 100 downloads according to him, and decided to upload it. They also made some other proyects, even releasing a music album, but none of them got nearly the popularity of DVP between the community.
Gameplay wise, I'm very mixed. Ive heard people saying wonders about this level, and certainly, playing it myself I feel like this is something I would definitely beat. But I just cant get over some of the inputs being entirely invisible and very ankward click patterns. Also VERY much worth mentioning, the ending wave is unforgivable for how inconsistently hard it is compared to the rest of the level by far. Decoration wise this level is very flashy and intense. Detail worth mentioning is that in the start we can see some arts. These show bottles of alcohol in the floor presumably and, later on, some keys, which might derive on the level being themed on driving while drunk, even a suicide attempt. The song, DVP by PUP, goes about a girl the singer likes but she doesnt like him back, which makes the singer depressed, alcoholic and, very probably, suicidal with lines like "doing 180 on the down valley parkway" or "yeah it be better off dead". The level represents the song in a very chaotic, gray but flashy environment that really works for the theme of it.
This level and its song, in the context of the theme, is sad but really greatly executed.
