I think this level is quite overrated by community insiders. The first minute is spectacular, I love the way traversing the barren afternoon desert feels, but afterwards I think the level just slowly gets worse. Visually, it just straight up gets uglier in my opinion, especially as the sense of depth from the first minute is lost, and by the end I think it just becomes boring and generic. I find the narrative quite boring as well, especially since nothing interesting is really done with it. The theme being that Egyptian hieroglyphics are some kind of alien language and aliens built the pyramids is lame.

It takes immersion to another level.

Perhaps regrettably, one of the best to ever do it. Magical experience from front to back.
