The dialogue could be much better but I love it just on concept alone. The breathing part was especially interesting given how you needed to just ignore what the indicator was telling you. Very simple, sweet, doesn't overstay its welcome at all.

beautiful interplay between all elements of this map. september's writing manages to remain sincere and tactful despite textual narrative's tendency to fall flat in other levels.

due to the nature of geometry dash, i think it's often easy to distance or remove yourself from the emotional core of levels. indicators, however, plants you into the shoes of the protagonist and won't let you take anything but an active role. unfortunately, much of that weight gets lost when watched instead of played. if you're a fan of this map, but somehow haven't beaten it, i heavily recommend that you drop everything, right now, to do so.
