Peruanada histórica

Ruta del Sol is a collab level created by TroxxP1 and more as Peru's entry for the World Gauntlet Contest. This level recieved a ton of support and a whopping but unsuprising first place in the contest results. Im actually shocked to see people still liking this level a lot, since the view on realistic levels have degraded a ton ever since this level dropped. Im happy for it.

Gameplay wise, this level is fun as fuck for an easy demon. Flowy well made gameplay and the slow parts stay interesting. Decoration wise, Ive always been mixed about this level. It just felt too overwhelming to me. Not bad in the slightest though, it shows that theres been a lot of care for detail put in this thing. A lot of representation for Peru's culture and history added in a way its visually very pleasing. A very well deserved first place even though the style didnt really convince me too much.

will never not surprise me that the pretty clear highlight of the world gauntlet contest was peru, of all nations. like i know a lot of people live there but a lot of people live in a lot of other places too. it's really not the first place you think of when you think of gd and like i don't think i've heard of any of these creators outside this level. will likely continue to grow on me as we get farther and farther away from this particular era of art levels which while this does it right is very oversaturated and contentious at time of writing (early 2025)

Decoration is consistently beautiful throughout. All parts blend together very well, and the gameplay is insanely fun and satisfying throughout. I have zero qualms with this.
