I don't think it's bannable, my guess is that the mods did it so that level ratings wouldn't get "sabotaged". Our dear friend Fenniko didn't really even do anything wrong, they just have a weird rating system and awful opinions. If you're worried, I wouldn't really care if I were you because you don't have a weird rating system and you don't give out ridiculously high or low ratings out like candy. This is just an educated guess though, cuz I haven't even been a member for a week.

Also mods please don't deweight me I have actual reasons for liking my levels even if I'm too lenient 😭🙏
