I think a rate system that is a mix between how much you personally like the level and what rating you think it should get can be done well (I'm not familiar with what Viprin+Paste does so I can't comment on that), however I really don't like your current approach since your "reviews" aren't much of reviews and just mathematical equations where you combine the two numbers for an overall score but you aren't giving a whole lot of input as to why you are giving them the numbers you are, especially with your personal input where you usually only write a couple of words (and in the case of Wistful Wilds, nothing at all) and I don't really have a clear idea about what you really think about the level. As a rate system I think it's alright, but as a review system (which I'm assuming it is being used as one to some extent considering you use the review box in your ratings to explain your rating) it's very flawed to me.
Also, I don't think how much you personally like the level & what rating you think it should get should have equal weight in your ratings/reviews. How much you personally like the level should be given much more weight since what rating you think the level should have is a lot more brief and one-dimensional of a factor than your personal opinion on the level itself, perhaps a 7:3 ratio would be better instead?
