Deco could use a little more variation. The buildup is done very well, though; absolutely the most memorable part of the level.
Kinda wish this was longer; I think it'd be interesting to see how this level would have developed over the drop.
Very good deco and atmosphere, but a lot of the gameplay either feels boring or poorly-made. When I was trying to rebeat the level to write this review, I died to the UFO part in the second half immediately and I wasn't 100% sure why.
The main thing dragging this down for me is that the drop can be kinda hard to read.
It doesn't feel so bad now, but I remember I didn't like the gameplay that much when I was first beating this level. It could have been worse, though; there's a key at the beginning to make the first wave auto, suggesting that you actually had to do that when the level was first created.
Probably some of the best deco in any 2.0 level ever. I'd even say the outstanding effects make up for the minor flaws in the gameplay. If this were released in 2.1, I bet it would have been epic rated.
Nice deco, and very fun gameplay. Very fun song as well; Sky Fortress has always been one of my favorite Waterflame songs.
Very cool deco, especially for 2.0, but the gameplay wasn't my favorite. I remember really not liking this one when I first beat it for the gauntlet.
Yeah, the nerfdate didn't make it any better than it already was. Making the speed portals visible was a good move, but the UFO part in the predrop flowed much better without the magenta orbs, and the robot part in the drop doesn't feel the same without the speed portal spam.
