Now that playlists are working properly (as far as I can tell), there's something else I've noticed about them recently. There does not seem to be any way to remove levels from a playlist. I think this would be a good thing to have, for reasons that should be trivial and are left as an exercise to the reader :)

That being said, I can see how this power could potentially be abused. If anyone was allowed to delete levels from playlists, there'd be no way to prevent vandals from effectively destroying entire playlists by deleting everything. So the way I think it should be implemented is that there could be a menu when creating/editing a playlist to select who can remove levels, just like with adding levels. That way, if someone wants to make a playlist where anyone can add levels, but only they can delete levels, they can do that.
