It is apparent to me that this website was designed primarily in dark mode. When I went to look over the Terms and Conditions (in light mode, the default color scheme), I saw that the text was very hard to read against the light background. The only ways I could read it were by highlighting everything or by switching to dark mode, which doesn't have this problem.

Maybe the text on these pages should change color based on the color scheme? That seems like a good way to fix this problem.
