the only level with inverted slopes ill ever give a 9 to.

honestly, the level itself is 8*. the issues are:
1) its long
2) its stupid. that's where the main difficulty comes from. lots of blind transitions, chokepoints, just genuinely weird gameplay decisions like the invisible ship at the end (which is also tilted one block down for some reason. why was that left in the level?)

BUUUUUUT. the overall experience is soooo good. i guess all the issues are being compensated by the sense of early-2.1 nostalgia, which is honestly kinda op. and when i die the worst ways possible, i still get so much fun from playing the whole thing over again, somehow.

generational level. The decorations are glorious and correlate with the song very well (ForeverBound goat), and the gameplay is surprisingly good for 2.0. i wish bro would return in 2.2

this level means a lot to me but at the same time i hate it.

the song? incredible. the gameplay? extremely fun and dynamic. the decorations? spectacular. theming? superb. it even has a story, and its own animation on YouTube!

crowning jewel of neodesign in my eyes aside the whole thing blends cinematic experience and GD level seamlessly with the title screens and transitions and worldbuilding
