Cloud nine is a waltz with the clouds, their constant fluctuating mood taking you from times of heavenly softness to the most aggressive storms, it's a land of futuristic utopia but with a demand for weather control at an all time high. The level alerts you for the incoming fanfare of clouds right off the gate, the song sets the suspense before throwing you right into the chaos, it's a hard fought battle until the setting finally clears into a peaceful afternoon again. I dont agree with the notion that the poor execution is what makes the level funny, this is only true to a certain degree and the overemphasis on it here only kills part of the immersion, the narrative is too good for me to be too upset tho
