Rating Curve

Amusing change in tone here. The predrop comes off more like a silly spooky halloween level and then suddenly you go to hell and you die. Still feels pretty cartoonish in style due to the thicker outlines, but still. Fucked up if true.

I recall finding this to be an underwhelming followup to Ritual back when it released, but it’s not really that far behind in retrospect and simply just much less tense of a level.

Was one of my favorite levels once upon a time, before I even knew what a sonnenrad was. I think I must have been happier back then.
