The answer to the age-old question: "What if Ditched Machine was absolutely insufferable?"
For every Ditched Machine, there's an Abandoned Machine.
The moment this was rated epic, my first question was "why". The level's gameplay isn't fun to learn at its best and horribly buggy beyond repair at its worst. It was hard to stomach the encore section due to how much I already endured!
This might sound like a nitpick, but why does the music stutter during a transition? It seems like such a basic thing to mess up in a game so centered around music...
I can only really say that the fake-3D section was amusing and didn't have any glaring flaws.
Very fun easy demon with pretty visuals and good music. Took me an embarrassing amount of attempts, since I first tried this level when I was terrible at memorizing anything.
The second key on the first coin route is a bit on the tougher side due to moving objects in a relatively tight space, but the rest of the coins are a cakewalk.
Wow, where do I even begin? Devin's levels inspired me to start creating, but man man specifically was the one that inspired me the most. The art is stunning to say the very least, and the entire level oozes with personality with its decoration and theming.
While this isn't exactly everyone's cup of tea, my love for the grotesque and disjointed makes me give this level a 10/10.
Great song, decently intimidating visuals. Quite the classic.
Hard demon disguised as a 9*. The factory theme works perfectly with the song, and it somehow feels pretty eerie. Give it a practice run first, you'll need it!
Almost my first extreme. Brian's part is an infuriating difficulty spike with the 4x speed mini wave. Somehow an extremely enjoyable level gameplay-wise, with some jank.
Chaotic, unfiltered, and full of wonder. Despite the mess that's on your screen, you can still make out what the path ahead is. I really love the part at the end of the predrop which has very precise midair trigger orb clicks, but otherwise is completely auto if there were not a requirement to click all of the orbs.
I'll admit that this level is absolutely not for everyone, but for me, it evokes a very special feeling that I just can't describe. I hope to beat this one day, and practicing it feels fun even if it's way out of my current skill range.
