Rating Curve

The last third is way too hard bro what is this. The base gameplay is fine but the unbalanced nature makes it more stressful than it deserves.

Better Nine Circles in a vacuum, but when you consider that Nine Circles was more original (many people don’t know that this wasn’t the first Nine Circles level but whatever) the two are about the same quality. Definitely deserves its fame but it’s hardly a showstopper. Also blue is simply a better color.

It’s really not that bad, if it wasn’t in a gauntlet literally no one would be on this massive witch hunt against an innocent level. Blame Robtop, not this level or its creator.

The only shocker to this supposedly electricity themed level is that it doesn't ENTIRELY rip off Blade of Justice but is for the first time ever actually just inspired by it. Everything else is pretty boring but deceptively not awful, despite the first half being aggressively difficult.

This balancing is ridiculous but theming and decoration are very cool, and theres nothing WRONG with the gameplay outside of chokepoints. Except for the fact that the last wave is a difficulty spike the size of the Empire State Building. Very intimidating level but if you spend some extra time ironing out all the weird shit it gets pretty fun, minus the occasional bullshit death. 6/10 try it if you think you would like it :)

It’s Nine Circles. I don’t need to describe it to you as it is one of if not the most iconic demons in the game’s history. While I have a form of epilepsy that prevents me from fully enjoying it, the fact that it changed the game on such a colossal scale, and the fact that it had an entire update make the majority of the community want to emulate it should speak for something. 6/10 for the epilepsy.
