Rating Curve

connect is such an underrated masterpiece. its too unknown but connect is so much more than a level, it is a genuine piece of art. i will glaze this level for as long as i live. the song, the deco, the intensity, everything in this level culminates beautifully. its genuinely appalling how this wasnt rated for months after verification. i cant speak on the gameplay as it isnt my skillset at all and is lowkey impossible for me, but visually the gameplay works for the intensity of the level. overall, even if you dont take the meaning of the level into account, this is still my favorite level of all time.

miss you is such a polarizing level. on one hand, you have learny gameplay and such simple deco that you are surprised it was rated, but on the other hand, you have incredibly fun gameplay with simplistic and charming deco that complements the level so well.
firstly, the bad part about playing miss you is that it can take quite the amount of time to get to the dual from 0, sometimes i would have 5-10 minutes that i would just be stuck at the first 40%. that part got pretty boring after a while, but at least the gameplay is still fun. also, the last ship is pretty bad and i was incredibly lucky from 0 to not die there. even though the last ship can be consistent sometimes, other times it just wouldnt be consistent in runs and in practice mode.
now that the bad is out of the way, the rest of this level is amazing. the easy-to-digest decoration fits the level so well, and i cant hear the song without seeing the level. and the deco may appear simple, but shmigels definitely took quite the time to make the effects. the gameplay, though learny, is so enjoyable. the dual is so satisfying to pull off, as well as everything after the dual all the way to the ending memory. miss you is definitely my favorite level that i have beaten and it will probably be that way forever, it is perfect for wanting to do a timing/dual/memory based level.
