This level is, in my opinion, the worst legendary in the game. However, RobTop definitely loves this level to the point where everyone else hates this level. Like, come on, do you really think this level deserves first page legendary, daily (instead of Caraspace by the way), a spot in the Treasure Gauntlet, and playability in Geometry Dash Lite? People are sick of seeing this level over and over again, because most of the player base agrees that this level is not that good. Epic, maybe, but 100% not legendary. The decoration is not bad, but the level's backgrounds are very empty. Reminds me of those early 2.1 levels. Most of the decoration is in the foreground, and I wish Wilz had struck a balance between foreground and background. The biggest offender, decoration-wise, however, is the boss. The boss looks cartoonish and goofy compared to the more "serious" tone found in the rest of the level, kind of ruining the experience. The gameplay is mostly mediocre, but some really bad trigger orb placements make the level unfun. It makes the level feel really hard for an 8-star. Overall, Zone Pirate V was a very mediocre level that likely deserved an epic. Maybe Rob is just really likes pirates. That might be the reason why he has no problem with people pirating his Geometry Dash.
This level is hiding from the Hyperbolus community, but soon everyone's gonna find out and review bomb the shit out of it
I know this made for a Waboo contest but this level doesn't do much with it's fantasy theme even if it looks cool. My biggest gripe however is the song choice. Why would one choose a Terraria Calamity mod song for this level if it doesn't remotely sync with the gp? The song should represent the gp more than the deco, it seems here the song was chosen to represent the gp only. It makes the level a lot more boring than a properly synced GD level. Other than that I must admit the level is very well optimized.
GP wise nothing original it's a Waboo contest level so it's expected.
If the creators went for a unique style to represent the song, this would be one of the best levels in the game and would certainly bring up the quality of Demonlist levels. Instead, the creators here went for 1.9 style, which isn't bad but doesn't even attempt to do something remotely interesting, wasting the potential of this level. Someone please make the next Well Rested with this song
The problem with these levels is that there is barely anything for me to say about them. The deco is good, but nothing crazy. I feel it copies too many ideas from Rage Quit. All I can say is that the level doesn't do anything interesting with the theming other than getting the Deadlocked monsters to fight the eye from ISpyWithMyLittleEye (may God rest his soul)
At first the level is kinda janky gp-wise but nothing too bad, but halfway through Serponge forgets that we were supposed to play the level
Okay it's not as bad as some of y'all say but I never found it interesting
