Rating Curve

This level is so amazing without even realizing it. I feel like Midnight City captures everything this community loves about 1.9 perfectly, and if someone asked me to show them one level that summarizes 1.9 perfectly, I would pick this level. The song, Midnight City by M83, is a song that for many people, myself included, oozes with nostalgia. The level reflects the atmosphere and title of the song well, with its stark black background and colorful neon block design. You can almost feel the warmth of a city come to life at night, lit by the glow of neon signs and the bustle of late-night partygoers. It really imbues me with this sense of immense internal calm, finding peace in the nocturnal activity of a big city. All this might sound pretentious to you, and I admit that this level probably didn't intend for it to have this kind of impact on me, but it's effective regardless, and truly is the only level of its kind to make me feel this way.

Literally insane, Def the best 1.6 limited (I think) level. Crazy art, cool gp gimmicks with the breakable blocks, really sick Level. Reunomi is the goat
