I really love the concept behind this! Sadly, I don’t find it very fun.

The concept for this level seems to be really polarizing and although I do love it I found it really unfair to play. There are definitely better ways to work around circular gravity but this one just doesn't get it right.

I think the theme overall is nailed well though. I guess people don't like platformer that feel linear but I don't think that's a bad thing.

The physics are pretty weird and unintuitive but overall it wasn't too bad to play, but I wish some timings were a bit more lenient or well-indicated to accomodate. The visuals are nice though

i like this level less each time i see it. theres a term i came up with to describe a phenomena in music in the early 2000s called "edm for rockists", where the ideas of an album were based in edm but were made mellower, less interesting, to fit into a rockist environment that prioritized more thoughtful and introspective works (see, since i left you, discovery, untrue). i think this bending over backwards is bad actually, and it's also something i genuinely believe cog is trying to do - be a platformer level that appeals to a classic playerbase. its simple gimmick, "traditionally" good design, reliance on rhythm and lack of notable progression feel pretty tailor made for a classic audience in a way i, as a person who loves the idea of gd platformers, simply do not care for or enjoy.
