something I will never understand is how so many people will hate like they've never hated before on what's obviously a joke level

not to say that ur not allowed to, I just really dont get the perspective

about the level itself, I think its pretty funny but has like story to me so its even funnier

I was scrolling thru magic or sent tab one time and found a level called mission b and I thought it was the funniest thing of all time, so to see it got a high budget remake was insane to me and only made the level better

the gameplay is also like absolutely nothing at all which I feel helps a lot for some unexplainable reason, really gives it a "lifeless" factor

deco wise if i were to try and remove the comedy aspect is decently impressive. obviously the art is impressive but the transitions and effects help it a lot

I just don't like the level conceptually. The art is more polished than the original but I hate how it just gets in your face constantly and it's a disaster to play. This could've been put to something more tasteful...

Is not that bad

Oh boy, we've got quite the level on our hands, don't we. It may be an unpopular opinion to say that I think BUSSIN is a good level.

For starters, it's a level that knows exactly what it is. It's a satirical amalgamation of media that most consider to be "brainrot", largely stemming from short form video platforms or social media platforms in general. It utilizes its undeniably hilarious song to its full potential, completely embracing it to form a level that references most of the more popular brainrot memes. The transitions are some of the best I've seen in GD, the art is all absolutely phenomenal, everything moves so fluidly, there's so much to like about this level. The only big thing not to like is that the gameplay is for sure a bit of a weak point. I like how timewarp was used almost to make the level play like an after effects edit, but it does come at the cost of playability a bit. Even then, there is nothing horrible that sticks out.

It's very evident that this level had at least a decent amount of intention to be funny or be created as a joke. In my opinion, the level does quite well in that department. It leaves a lasting impression of the level on the player, whether it's a positive or negative one. I also think that the sheer thought of such a stacked creator line up, composed completely of some of the best creators in the game right now all came together to recreate TikTok memes in GD to the tune of a phonk song is pretty funny.

Many people review a level like this based on the content of the joke and not the execution of the joke and this is where I feel most people aren't doing the right thing. This level's whole joke is making fun of brainrot meme culture by basically shoving it right in your face for a whole minute, all composed into a level with no doubt, tons and tons of effort poured into it.

There's a good chance you don't hate BUSSIN, you hate what it references. By hating these references or even acknowledging these references at all, you've helped BUSSIN accomplish what it set out to. And for that, BUSSIN is a good level.
