The ultimate return

A big step up from The Ultimate Demon decoration wise. I am a pretty big fan of the decoration upgrades in the Tidal Wave and Avernus parts, while others like Kyouki, KOCMOC and Congregation are actually worse than the original. Congregation part is zoomed far too much, while Kyouki and KOCMOC are just difficult to improve and were probably not good ideas for remaking. Feels kinda soulless and while the predrop and end of the level have good song parts, the drop is just bad. I haven't taken a look at the gameplay very much and haven't seen opinions, but judging off the fact that wPopoff was the lead playtester... the gameplay cannot be better than a 3/10
