i missed this type of level so bad

I really love the song here, really works with the color and simplistic designs. It feels like a modern 2.1 level especially with the backgrounds, but way cleaner and with a more 2.0-like vibe, which I love! cool stuff

This is really sweet!! A lot of levels that try to tap in to 2.0 energy seems to have the same goal, which is fine, and I love lots of those levels, but this feels like a very special strain of 2.0 revival. soooo cute

I know Rhomboveil was meant to bring back a classic style but it really feels like it does more than that, something between the backgrounds and the song choice really sell the feeling that it could have existed a while ago but couldn't now. And despite that, Rhomboveil feels super clean and up to date, with a few parts even incorporating 2.2 triggers front and center. Saturated rainbow with black is also a legitimately perfect color scheme and I don't think anyone has ever messed it up. Overall probably Zhenaxel's best, it's just so effortlessly good in a way that I hope more people come to acknowledge as well.

Best rainbow use ever in a level so modest; that said, its modesty makes no detraction from its insane beauty. Feels so fresh and so reminiscent in a way most creators could only dream of achieving in their levels. It really does just make me happy in a way the old level I look back on do, and I hope Zhen can keep creating that magic.
