Really weird level to make sense of, the creator already has this strange presence about them and the level itself doesnt have anything too noticeably unifying to it, it's a style oddly reminiscent to that of durianhead but quite a bit more tidy and sporadic with the designs. The song representation is likely the biggest strength of the work, it's a virtual riot classic accommodated by some fitting neon color palettes and gameplay I can only describe as groovy, and whether intentional or not I also think a lot of the structural qualities are shared with hexagon hyperdrive 5. It's a neat takeback to something like the 90s era or whatever nostalgia is associated with virtual riot's music, even if nothing more to it I find it a good debut for a creator whos shown to be capable of some incredible things
Really fun to play, and one of the better anachronistic 1.9 levels ever made. There is a lot of care and personality put into this level's designs and effects, from the variety of blending tricks to fun details like the broken hearts at 1:49. The second drop is an obvious highlight. Not every design idea is a knock out of the park but as a whole the level has great aesthetic direction and succeeds at what it's doing
