Going back to Magmatic Sanctuary, it's a lot better than I remember. It does a really good job of creating its atmosphere and the song representation is great in a lot of areas.

Oh my god finally! A fire gauntlet level that is related to fire!

This is the best level of the gauntlet by a pretty long shot, its just so charming. The gameplay was great even before the speed portals got removed in my opinion, this level is an acquired taste. This is a difficulty spike though, which might lead to frustration

overhated level imo. for its time the theming is pretty cool and the gameplay's pretty fun save a few transitions. the predrop is kinda boring but it does build up pretty well to the drop, which i like a lot. the inconsistent speed, while really annoying before, was pretty cool and tbh not that bad to deal with for a 6-7* (though it's been nerfed since to be more fair and it's fine too). was a little disappointed that radiationv2 was essentially forced to change it because it was really cool and fit the song pretty well but it is what it is. it's a cool level with cool theming !!

This level isn't even that bad but it is way, way, way too tedious for a 7 star. The deco is decent for an late 2.0/early 2.1 level but the gameplay is either just alright or incredibly unforgiving for it's difficulty. If it wasn an 8 star I would like it more.

Also there's nothing wrong with the speed changes they're fine

I used to HAAAATE this level dude cause I had a massive skill issue back then. I think if this was rated at like an 8 star I probably would not have hated this level as much cause really the gameplay is alright . shoutout this level for being the only fire themed level in the fire gauntlet
