INNARDS is an extreme around Bloodbath difficulty with well executed theming and fun, if unbalanced gameplay. The level is themed around traveling through the inside of someone with cartoonish gore and lots of vertical icon movement. Which gives off the feeling of rapidly moving through someone's digestive system.
The decoration looks great, going from a simple, monochrome beginning with interesting structures, and slowly progressing and almost corrupting into a horrific bloody mess. At 60% it reaches a climax where you're running for your life as everything around you tries desperately to kill you. It's almost as if the immune system of the level has detected you inside and wants you gone. The level ends abruptly when you get thrown out at a fast pace, almost as if the level has sneezed you out.
The gameplay is fun, but has some minor issues with balancing. Some clicks are a lot harder than others around that part, but other than that the level gets very consistent and the click patterns feel great to pull off. It makes sense considering the level used to be harder than Tartarus, but was nerfed to around Bloodbath difficulty.
Overall I'd recommend this level to anyone good enough to pull it off. It can be a bit frustrating at times but it's worth it in the end.
