Creative and satisfying use of the spider gamemode. Cool vibes overall too; I think it works well with the song and I also like the song! Pretty fun.
One of the more enjoyable levels with mostly simple visuals and well synced gp that you'd vibe with
Although, the difficulty doesn't really fit the Medium Demon rating
UFO:
Due to the nature of the slopes, the gp could sometimes be wonky but overall, it works. It also syncs pretty well to the song's bigger beats
As for the visuals, it is pretty simple with the minimalistic block deco, structuring and text that alternate rapidly, syncing to the rapidly repeating sound within the song
Wave:
The transitiom into the wave is a simple fall upwards
Decent visuals, syncs with the song nicely with gp that fit it's weird nature
Cube:
The transition into the cube is via holding in the wave part at the end with h blocks preventing you from jumping pre-emptively in case you didn't release in time
The first half of course, syncs to the song via it's gp and the teleporting along with the visuals pulsing to the song's beats
And suddenly it cuts off like the song, reappearing in a low brightness state and transitioning into the next part
Spider (Dual + Gimmick):
This spider dual is different from what you'd be used to as one of them features a multi-activate yellow orb following it
This, along with the visuals goes nicely with the song, playing into it's odd nature
The block deco is a reverse space as where you'd be is filled with black blocks and connector pipes.
It is also a little learny but gets very consistent
Ball (Gimmick):
The transition into the ball is simple and the visuals aren't much different from the spider
The block deco however, is different, as it's now reminiscient of the wave and doing it's own thing
The gameplay is a ball with a yellow orb following it.
Not too learny, easy to grasp, fun to play in practice and from 0
Used to be broken in 2.2 due to RobTop changing how layered orbs work, leading to the still orbs becoming double clicks
Cube:
Practically it's own transition into the endscreen. Not much to say about it
TL;DR
Fun level, slightly learny drop, would rebeat
Pretty fun level. The dual's a little learny, but the gimmick is pretty cool.
