The best ivyteal/ImMaxX1 level.

Honestly coming back to this level made me realize I don't actually like the look of this a lot. It leaves a bit too much empty space, the colors clash a bit much for most of the level and it looks a bit muddy at points. I will say the predrop has some slight highlights though, such as the spider .In terms of deco I do still prefer most of ImMax's other stuff.

That won't take away from the amazing time I had playing this though. Apart from the spider in the predrop which gets a tad too spammy for my liking, the rest of the gp is near perfect. It's super satisfying to pull off, intense and the wave where you slide over the slopes is awesome to go through. The gimmicks this level utilizes are very well executed in general, ImMax has always been good at that style of gp.

For sure a recommendation if you want something fun and high energy to play, but it's not a visual masterpiece by any stretch.

geode is crazy to me because it's not like. obviously fun. if that makes sense. but learning it and playing it was just an incredible experience. i love geode so much, i go back and replay it all the time. a lot of people don't like it because of how weird and gimmicky the gameplay is but i personally love it for that. the song is also so good, traelmyx is just so talented at what they do. in terms of deco, immax falls just barely short of capturing how intense that song is. that being said, geode is relatively old (like two years), and i feel like given what a menace he's become in the creating space he could do infinitely better now. i would highly recommend geode to anyone who isn't afraid of a more gimmicky learning process, because it's truly worth it. the level is so unbelievably fun and flows incredibly well.
