This level is quite interesting both in terms of gameplay and decoration. The gameplay, while being fun and all, is quite unbalanced and gets annoying from 0 quite fast. The main culprits are the predrop (0-17%) and buildup (17-38%). They both have really hard timings scattered throughout them and most of said timings are harder than any timing found in the beginning of the drop part (39-68%). The dual (69-92%) is REALLY consistent and once you learn it there is a possibility that you can fluke it from 0. Although the ending is also quite a major chokepoint, it is not that big of a problem.
As I said, this level is REALLY fun even with the balancing issues.
The decoration is kind of on the weaker side... this level just looks like a 7 star that happened to be super buffed to main list difficulty. The theming is on point, but I don't think this deco style fits for a level this difficulty.
