if we're talking about outsider levels, this level is definitely a contender for one of the best. almost any and all conventions are thrown out the window for this one, with completely invisible gameplay and a backdrop that serves as the level's only visuals. of course, the gameplay itself suffers as a result, but the full scope of the level renders it a minor part.

this level is just really brave for even putting itself out there, like its the creation of someone's naive thoughts that they keep only to themselves.
