The big bad brother of Motion. I was not familiar with this level despite me being a TamaN fan, and I was pretty shocked to see that it was as good as it was. I think this plus Sad Machine were the first instances of TamaN trying to define the space they were building in, and I think they pass with pretty flying colors. This level feels like a pretty turbulent and violent wasteland ala Mad Max, as well as a ton of abandoned factories being ravaged through by rival machines and players. I think that's really unique for TamaN levels because even stuff like Hostile Insomnia or Apocalyptic Ruins weren't as defined in terms of what they represent, but this has a bit of story. But I also think that TamaN is tactful here and still keeping the space abstract and not defining it too strictly- you know, they're not doing representational work, they're playing to the strengths of the GD editor's tilesets.

I don't think this is TamaN's best though. The bossfight saps too much of the level's intensity, and followed up by a odd sandy desert part that hasn't aged well is a bit of a one-two combo to the psyche that sets the level a bit off kilter. Still though, this is fantastic. This level is what would probably lead to Terminal Velocity being so damn good.
