assuming this is a sequel or at least inspired by PROTOFLICKER since both levels share a similar creating team, but while PROTOFLICKER inspires thoughts of a space greater than what exists in the level itself, ROW feels very flat. I can appreciate the similar visual consistency, but it's not really in service of something interesting like PROTOFLICKER is with its vaguely astral imagery. A bit of a shame because I think this is might be more technically impressive than the earlier level, it's just not in service of anything interesting.
