Very middle-of-the-road. It's mildly ugly but overall good. The weakest parts (there are 2 parts that i would definitively call ugly) are where the colour value mixing sucks the most (and also that one part with no structuring at all for some reason) but overall it shows a decent understanding of it. Normally fast levels with extremely detailed block designs usually look bad in motion but since the patterns are reused a lot it feels way easier to parse in motion; when the patterns look blurry and whiz past (i.e. when you watch it) the blue accents tend to feel like they overlap with the outlines due to how they're the same value as the outlines so it looks pretty neat.
