While I do typically hate anything in styles like this that attempt either some cartoonish look or a realistic look, I can't exactly say this is a bad level. YakobNugget definitely knows what he is doing and does it to the highest quality here. The main issue is there is just so so much in this level and it's way too overwhelming. For a gd level, this is way too extravagant and that does unfortunately result because of the deco. I know there was clearly a ton of effort put into this but when it comes to gd levels. this style will just never work for me, unless it's executed in some very specific way that actually manages to work. It is a pretty decent level though so I think a 5 is appropriate.
