Probably in the minority of people that think that the level does absolutely deserve its legendary rating, if level's context is being taken into account that is. The four levels and the video that comes along with these tap into my childlike curiosity, the same kind of curiosity that made me watch countless GTA San Andreas myths and secrets videos many many years ago. I didn't really think for a second that they are real, but I really appreciated the thought and effort people put into convincing 'ternets strangers that those are the bigfoot footprints, this wheelchair on the dock is haunted and that there's Spronk radiation poisoning conspiracy in the town (although this one is absolutely 100% real). It may not be believable, but it is a fun way of expressing your appreciation for the game.

I think legendary is a fitting rating for the entire project as a whole, Colon and other creators put a lot of effort into making it very entertaining to watch, although I do think the charm wears off if you play these levels on your own. They are pretty basic with a lil' bit of world building and comedy sprinkled throughout. Of all four levels in this april fools project, Colon's version of The Sneaky Hollow offers a more interesting spin on the original plus it's both a finale and the punchline of the entire thing. The Rattledash bossfight didn't land for me as a joke, but it is pretty fun to play and I really like the custom battle theme that comes along with it (yes i like touhou, how could you possibly tell).
