Depends on what you define as "sad level". There's the narrowest definition where levels have no energy or anything that isn't sadness and there are 0 levels down here I genuinely like. As you make the definition wider you inevitably hit Lonely Travel before the definition is wide enough to hit anything else I would want to talk about
