This has been a silly question that has been rattling around in my mind since I thought it was pretty funny, inspired by the original meme (which I'm gonna be honest I do not understand at all since I haven't read JJK), as well as a few tweets I remember seeing about skilled GD creators who have yet to make great levels. I'm curious about others' thoughts on this because I have a few creators that I think of, but no definitive creator that embodies the statement "if and when but never is".
