Unfortunate that this never got rated, would've been cool to see more of this.
The deco didn't age the best, given that it's just basic mid-2.1 glow, but the main highlight was on the gameplay. I've heard that this is pretty enjoyable to play, so i'll leave it with a high gp score.
It's funny how this level being Trusta's latest megacollab perfectly foreshadowed his venture into hardstyle music production
I really like the ominous atmosphere that this level has. The entire time that you're playing this, there's this unshakable feeling that something is going to happen. Something bad? Something good? there's no way to tell until it comes.
That something is a Nine Circles part that lasts 20% of the level. I let you decide if that's good or bad.

Extremely unique and I love it for that. Levels should try more to think outside the box like this one does. The minimalist deco and structuring does wonders for the song representation.
Quite a bit harder than everyone gives it credit for. I had a horrible experience beating this level, dying at 96% before beating it. A lot of this is probably due to me being bad at nerve control tbh.
This level uses a wide variety of very interesting design choices. Again, I'm not a big fan of easy gameplay, but the deco definitely has a lot more going on. The seemingly random placements of objects all around the level greatly add to the atmosphere that it has.
I love this level for its lonely, somber atmosphere. Perox8's deco style really shines in amplifying the feeling it has. However, The gameplay really isn't my favorite thing. I'm not a big fan of slope gameplay, and Flower Peak uses quite a good bit of it.
Traumatic demon!
I once tried to beat this as my first Insane Demon, but I dropped it after two 90% fails and over 3k attempts, which I have yet to surpass on any completion. This was hugely demotivating and without a doubt the worst experience I had ever had in this game.
However, that was over a year ago. I have two insane demons under my belt now (and 90% on Stellar Dubstep, review on that next). I got this on a roller a few weeks ago and was able to get the percentage in about 10 minutes. turns out I still know the click pattern.
I'm going to pick this level back up and finish it once and for all.
For a level named Balls Mountain, it's fairly tame. Pinecones has a history of making some very strange levels, but surprisingly, this isn't one of them. His usage of vanilla textures is still present, but it's used in a simple way to make a pretty nature level.
Very off-putting level, but it works in its favor.
This is certainly a level
