The vulgar lyrics in the song contrast really well with the otherwise innocent imagery of Christmas lights and other winter imagery to form somewhat of a narrative. I speculate that "world peace" refers to an overarching wish for outcasts of society to become more accepted, via the f-slur being used in this song and Christmas being an international, very mainstream holiday. Though the delivery is rather crass I think it does serve to eccentuate LavonAffair's general apathy towards this topic.
With LavonAffair having the track record they do, however, I don't think I can fully appreciate this message like if the level was made by literally anybody else
Normally levels using unprocessed pixel blocks have extremely muddy colours and uninspired, widely-adopted effects, with gameplay that plays very safe and just feels like the bare minimum. Hence these characteristics make them look pretty generic to look at and boring to play. Though at face value TWilly gutter bears superficial similarity to these generic pixel levels, it is anything but, superceding the unpolishedness of said generic pixel levels, bordering on being psychedelic. The colour work here is also pretty striking
