Rating Curve

Pretty uninteresting level aside from the fact that this noticeably ups doggie’s other levels in quality, the energy this level has just feels theatrical and it certainly isn’t helped by its generic pop song. While I don’t inherently have something against the idea of designing your level as if it were some live concert, with works like Clarity by Hypno and Commatose by Rply having the profoundness to function as quite solid inspirations, The End is Here just takes this formula and does very little to expand on it. The camera uses are also far from great, I think the weird dolly effect of the zooms feel rather unsmooth and barely help in expanding the setting, and the shakes straight up look like someone bashing their head against the screen. I do want to give my props to hDanke for the the absolute brilliant chain effect tho, it works phenomenally to the gameplay of the level and overall I’ve never seen anything like it

Has one really cool part with an effect unimaginable for its time and everything else is just kinda out there
