A really fun concept that's executed remarkably well for the update- the level of technical polish present here is quite astounding. I would say my only complaint is that it's another work along a long list Cirno fanarts that often evoke the same silly mood, so it isn't really doing much interesting or groundbreaking with the character, but I think the medium experimentation is good enough to elevate it above most others- The fact it's rated 9 stars is the cherry on the top of what would otherwise be just a darn good 1.9 level. Was this another misrate from RobTop or did he actually have elite ball knowledge this time? The world may never know.
Really beautiful level. I really like the usage of dual segments as actual duels where one icon dies and the other emerges victorious- that's kind of a genius twist on the game mode. I also love the way Panmega portrays nature with the GD editor- it's a really good use of non-blending decorations mixed together to create foliage with depth while still adhering to GD's artstyle.
Some of the best color work ever done in a GD level- so many interesting and unique combinations that you think would never work land so solidly, and it's so vibrant and flashy yet it never gets gaudy and it's always got something new in every part. Also the transition at the drop is diabolically good with that impossible game reference and then the subversion into that hype 3x wave.
