imo the best extreme ever made. i can't really think of much else that gives such a foreboding aura in all aspects, from the cramped, claustrophobic gameplay to the neon, almost steampunkish decoration. the song rep in this is just insane too. every pulse feels so precise and so intentional to help drive this sense of unease. unbelievably well made and without a doubt mrlorenzos magnum opus

i'm such a sucker for crazy effect levels like this, and the fact that millepattes part of it was made in 2.1's infancy?? actually nuts what millepatte was able to do in this. ilrell also builds off it so well, and i still can't even grasp how a lot of the stuff in the drop was done to this day. i think it would still be highly impressive with 2.2's features. the animation leading into the drop is also just straight aura, probably my favorite transition ever made in gd
