Rating Curve

Hey guys! This is my second review. Windy Landscape was my first insane demon, and it will forever stay in my heart. The gameplay is excellent for a 1.9 level (not saying all 1.9 levels had bad gameplay) and I enjoyed playing thoroughly. It was early 2023 when I was beating WL, and so my skill as a player hadn't yet blossomed. This dragged my enjoyment of the gameplay down the tiniest bit (I was an incompetent player). The visuals, however, a FANTASTIC. My favourite part personally is the blue dual cube and the very ending of the level (the tense buildup is amazing). I don't think I could make something as quality as WL in the 2.2 editor! Overall, Windy Landscape is a very fleshed out level, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a first insane demon! Hey guys! This is my first review. I just wanted to say this level is AMAZING!!! I love it so much. First off, the gameplay. Even though it starts out slow, the gameplay never got boring. I like how it the gameplay ramps up and troughs in intensity with the visuals (more on that later). My favourite parts of gameplay include the main chorus where the vocals are being screeched out, both of the guitar solos, the spiral robot part, following the line with the swing, and going up/down the "mountain". The gameplay is overall so well done. Now, the visuals. HOLY CRAP, are the visuals good. rply has outdone themselves, period. The visuals represent the song EXTREMELY well, and brought up emotions from the bottom of my heart I didn't even know I had. My favourite visual parts are all the parts. Everything looks amazing, but if I had to pick one part, it would have to be the screeching vocal part at around ~45%. The song is so good it made me buy the whole album on CD. This level is in Valken's Top 3. Overall, this level is god tier and I wish rply all the best in their creating endeavours. Great job!
