Rating Curve

this level is bad but its not bad because it is trying to "create some sort of political state of gd message" that's just blatantly incorrect there is no message other than it looking cool, its bad because half the deco is literally just copied from a bilibili music video without any sort of credit or indication including the idea of having random words on the screen and the "tv static shit."

funny thing is that excellent567 is like a hundred times more artistically talented than the person who made the original mv so the best parts in here by far (and the only reason this is not getting a 0) are the two or so parts that are most original

A level I respect a lot more than I appreciate, and I don't respect it a lot. Feels shockingly static given the supposed creativity on display. I think the execution is actually the best part here, this level has significantly less originality than most people think and is no different than effect/triggerwork test levels that effect creators commonly make except longer, messier, and popular on gdtwt (the last of which is the only reason this level has any relevance today.)
