with this concept jam couldve done more interesting stuff with the gameplay

thats why i really liked the alternating structures part

too flashy it hurts my eyes and bad camera controls

black and white does not fit the song

no cohesion with the visuals

i liked glorious fortress, im sure jam could create something better

the part at 3:20 bothers me a little because of the visibility but its still a cool level

the level falls apart really quickly

i really loved amelanchier for its structuring. it felt colossal and breathtaking, and it really stands out to me because of how well it utilized scale to create such an immersive experience. ive seen other levels try and do well but never come close to replicating its vibe

its nice to see surveyor try to expand on that here in redeemer, but its honestly hard to ignore the glaring issues that come later in the level. the early parts succeed in setting up the environment, but as the level goes on it just starts to feel like a rehash of the earlier parts, and it doesnt help that the song is literally sooo repetitive. the climaxes changing backgrounds to present its theme didnt make it all that interesting (idk how to explain this unfortunately). and i really cant stand the last part, it feels grating (in a bad way) than it is immersive. overall i find this level really tedious in its progression

surveyor has proven he can create something really cool, but i find this a miss inside their catalog...i still admire the effort put into this though. whatever im tired so ill stop here
