lacks the alienation of CONNECT, and lacks the overwhelming density of Broken Signal. creative background effects and nice setpieces.
the best moments are when the foreground details and background dynamics obfuscate each other to create a constantly changing whirlwind of contrast between white and colour. by 66% the limitations of hexitine's design style become apparent. eventually towards the end, the level's foreground sinks into the dull tones of the untextured background, rather than the previous effect of the background mimicking the foreground to create an abstract environment. to prevent monotony this should have been cut down from being XL, and the background designs should have been expanded beyond simple moving flat shapes.

undeniably an impressive piece of work, doesn't feel as focused and purposeful as it should but it for the most part delivers a worthwhile experience. certainly helped by the fact it uses what is probably the best song on Newgrounds. it doesn't quite capture the full emotional weight of the song, but it does its best.
